Women Group: A Journey with a Peaceful Mind

The main goal of this program is to help the women learn the skills of meditation, enhance the qualities of both their mental and physical health, release their stress and anxiety, as well as finding inner peace and harmony. The first session on stress releasing workshop and the second session on traditional Indian music and meditation, which could help women release their mental and physical stresses. Women were given the opportunity to experience deeper meditation. Some of them indicated that they could ease their emotions and enhance the positivity in their bodies through meditation, listening to traditional Indian music and breathing exercise. Their participation at the Peng Chau retreat day camp gave them the opportunity to have an exposure to nature, and relax themselves.
