I.    Supervisor – Shelter for Women and Children (Ref. Code: SS)
    
Responsibilities:
1)    Administer and manage the daily operation of the shelter
2)    Assign cases and supervise professional staff
3)    External representation and liaison with funding bodies
4)    Prepare management reports on service output and delivery
5)    Evening and weekend duties required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in handling domestic violence, crisis intervention cases in residential setting preferred
  • Administration and supervisory experience essential
  • Immediate availability is an asset
  • Duty Allowance is available

II.    Assistant Supervisor for Women Shelter (Ref. code: ASS)

Responsibilities
1)    Assist the shelter supervisor in the administration, management and daily operation of the shelter
2)    Provide case and group interventions for shelter residents
3)    Supervise staff
4)    Delivery and monitoring of the hotline service
5)    Evening and weekend duties required

Requirements

  • Registered social worker and degree holder with at least 3 years of post-graduate work experience
  • Experience in working with victims of domestic violence preferred
  • Residential experience is an asset
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Duty Allowance is available


III.    Social Worker for Women Shelter (Ref. Code:  HSW)

Responsibilities:
1)    Render casework and therapeutic groups for victims of domestic violence in refuge
2)    Provide crisis support and hotline services
3)    Assist in community outreach and network
4)    Support shelter management and operation
   
Requirements:

  • Registered social worker with Degree in Social Work
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Shift duty required
  • Independent, reliable team player with passion to serve
  • Duty Allowance is available


VI.    Social Work Assistant for Women Shelter (Ref. Code:  SWA)

Responsibilities:
1)    Provide hotline counselling service
2)    Organize child care support groups/program
3)    Provide parent-child relationship enhancement program
4)    Conduct brief counseling, risk and need assessment

Requirements:

  • RSW
  • Diploma/Associate Degree in Social Work or above
  • 1 year social service experience preferred
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Night shift and weekend duties commensurate with special allowance


V.    Family Support Worker for Women Shelter (Ref. Code: FSW)

Responsibilities:
1)    Provide hotline counselling service
2)    Organize child care support/parent-child relationship enhancement program for shelter residents
3)    Provide support to the daily functioning of residents

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Associate Degree or above
  • 1 year working experience preferred
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Night shift and weekend duties commensurate with special allowance

VI.    Jockey Club Project Smart Kids Social Worker / Counselor – Kwai Chung (Ref. Code: SW/C)

 Responsibilities:
1)    Provide case counseling, conduct therapeutic groups and educational programs for children and parents affected by domestic violence
2)    Conduct violence prevention programs in schools / kindergartens
3)    Assist hotline counseling service
4)    Coordinate service delivery and write up service report
    
Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work / Counseling or above
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Evening and weekend duties required


VII.    Senior Community Education Officer for Project on Domestic Violence – Kwun Tong (Ref. code : Com. SED)

Responsibilities:
1)    Provide strategic planning for community education programs
2)    Coordinate the project publicity and service promotion
3)    Work with the media and external bodies in responses to domestic violence issues and cross-sector disciplines
4)    Conduct community education programs to the public and trainings to  multi-disciplines
5)    Provide supervision to the community education team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of post-degree relevant work experience
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Evening and weekend duties required


VIII.    Social Worker / Counselor for Project HE for Male Victims of Domestic Violence – Kwun Tong (Ref. Code: M-SW/C)
    
Responsibilities:
1)    Develop social media interactive platforms
2)    Provide case and group counseling for male victims and women abusers
3)    Respond to Man’s hotline
4)    Conduct community education programs
5)    Perform outreach activities

Requirements:
Degree in Social Work /Counseling or above
At least 3 years of post-graduate relevant experience
Ability to communicate with users through social media
Evening and weekend duties required

** All posts are 5-day work / 44 work hours per week **
