Jockey Club Harmony Link Domestic Violence Prevention Centre is the first of its kind in Hong Kong and commenced services in 2006 with funding from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. The Centre provides one-stop integrated services for families affected by domestic violence.

Jockey Club Harmony Link Domestic Violence Prevention Centre provides a wide range of comprehensive support services, including:
• Crisis Intervention and Safety Assessment:
Immediate assessment of domestic violence risks, with assistance in developing personalized safety plans for individuals and their children.
• Emotional Support and Individual Counselling:
Support for women, men, and children in coping with fear, stress, and trauma responses triggered by domestic violence.
• Perpetrator Support Services:
Support for women, men, and parents who have used violence, helping them improve emotional regulation, resilience, and problem‑solving skills when facing family conflicts.
• Child Support Services:
Addressing the emotional and developmental needs of children who have witnessed or experienced domestic violence.
• Domestic Violence Prevention and Recovery Support:
Helping affected individuals gradually regain stability and rebuild autonomy in their daily lives.
• Referral Services:
Referral to shelters, legal assistance, medical care, community resources, or other professional services as needed.
• Community Education:
Enhancing public awareness and understanding of domestic violence.
• Professional Training:
Providing practice‑oriented training for social welfare, education, and multidisciplinary professionals to strengthen early identification, intervention, and prevention of abuse and domestic violence.
