Harmony House was established in 1985 as the first shelter for abused women and their children in Hong Kong. Today, Harmony House have developed into a one-stop anti-domestic violence service agency, with a wide range of preventive, therapeutic and developmental programmes to help families affected by domestic violence. Harmony House also organise community education programmes, promote harmonious and healthy family relationships, provide training to multi-disciplinary and advocate for policies and legislations on behalf of victims of violence, their families and communities.

數碼科技改變了人與人之間的溝通方式，當中亦包括親密關係的互動模式。然而，數碼科技在帶來便利與連結的同時，亦可能被用作監控、騷擾、脅迫及控制伴侶，令親密伴侶暴力呈現新的面貌與挑戰。
為回應數碼時代下日益複雜的關係安全議題，和諧之家將舉辦【科技影響下的親密伴侶關係：權力、控制與安全】周年論壇 2026，匯聚社福界、學術界及私隱保障領域的專家學者，共同探討科技如何影響親密關係中的權力與控制，以及我們如何協助受影響人士建立更安全、更健康的人際關係。
